How can WE help!!!!!!!

I have always turn the water off when i brush my teeth and whan i'am washing my hair in the shower...........
Wasting water is really important to me Say my BFF wastes water for an unknown reason i would tell her why waste water when you can save it from being all wasted?????????????☺☺☺☺☺☺
