stressed!!!!!!!

Sometimes I get stressed because alot
of times family members have big painful fights
and one of them always has to leave or when
i do something wrong with my friends they
would think of it as a big thing but its actually
something small!!!!!




what can I do to get rid of this pain/stress?????
- We can sleep
-We can play with other friends to make you feel better
-We can rest maybe read a book to relax yourself and think of something happier
